How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary sent to your email. Your order summary will also be stored in your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button, the cart will open, and you can change quantities or products.
What information should I input when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all of the required information you should submit. If you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed due to the lack of a VAT number.
What are my payment options?
We accept credit card payments via Stripe.

How should I store my products once I receive them?
Imperium products should be kept in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius and away from direct sunlight. Additionally, be sure to store your products out of reach of children.
